The Spiral Way

A framework for understanding meaningful change as cyclical rather than linear.

Many of us were taught to think of growth as a straight path.

Set a goal. Make a plan. Move forward.

But meaningful change rarely happens that way.

In real life, transformation often moves in cycles. We let go. We reflect. We begin again. We integrate what has changed. Then, at another point in life, the spiral returns.

The Spiral Way is a framework for understanding these cycles with greater clarity and care.

It offers language for the seasons of change so that uncertainty does not have to feel like failure, and transition does not have to be rushed.

The Four Stages of the Spiral

The Spiral Way moves through four recurring stages:

Descent
Remembrance
Emergence
Communion

These stages are not rigid steps. They are patterns of change that may appear across many seasons of life.
