About Me
My name is Eileen, and I see the world as something that is alive, intelligent, and expressive.
I was raised between different ways of knowing.
My father understands the world through mathematics, patterns, precision, and timing. From him, I learned that change follows laws, that rhythm can be mapped, and that balance is often in motion rather than stillness.
My mother is a musician. From her, I learned that what cannot be explained still longs to be expressed. That sound, art, and creativity are languages of the soul.
Nature taught me how these truths live together.
Over time, these ways of seeing braided into how I understand life itself: that the world is not chaotic, even when it feels uncertain; that there is an underlying intelligence moving through seasons, bodies, relationships, and endings; and that our work as humans is not to control that movement, but to listen and respond with care.
This understanding is what gave rise to The Spiral Way.
Credentials & Experience
My work is shaped by both formal training and lived experience. I believe credibility is built not only through what we study, but through how we integrate what we learn into real life, real relationships, and real thresholds.
My background includes:
Certified Somatic Practitioner
Trained in trauma-aware, nervous-system–informed somatic facilitation, with an emphasis on safety, pacing, and embodied integration.Psychedelic Integration Training
Completion of facilitator training with the Synthesis Institute, with a focus on ethical integration, meaning-making, and post-experience support.Relational Leadership & Group Facilitation
Years of experience designing and facilitating learning experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations, centered on trust, communication, and human-centered change.Education, Systems, & Change Work
Professional background spanning education, technology, and organizational development, including leadership development, program design, and systems-level thinking.Ritual, Creative, & Nature-Based Practice
Ongoing study and practice in ritual design, seasonal living, creative expression, and earth-based frameworks that honor cycles, lineage, and embodiment.
Alongside these credentials, my work is deeply informed by personal thresholds—grief, identity shifts, creative rebirth, and the quiet unravelings that reshape a life from the inside out. I do not separate who I am from how I work.
I continue to learn, study, and refine this practice because life keeps teaching.
The Spiral Way is not a static method—it is a living one.
The Spiral Way
The Spiral Way is a living framework rooted in natural cycles rather than linear progress. It reflects what I have seen again and again in real life: transformation does not move in straight lines. It deepens, pauses, returns, and reshapes us over time.
The Spiral Way honors descent as necessary, stillness as meaningful, emergence as tender, and offering as something that must come from integration rather than urgency. It is informed by seasons, somatic wisdom, relational presence, and the quiet intelligence that lives beneath visible change.
This work is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering how to move with life.
How I Work
I work with people who are standing at thresholds, those leaving lives, roles, identities, or ways of being that no longer fit. Often their lives look fine from the outside, but something inside has shifted, and they can’t un-know it.
My role is not to tell you who to become.
It is to help you listen more clearly to your body, your timing, your truth, and the deeper rhythms already shaping your life.
I draw from somatic practice, ritual, reflection, and creative expression. I trust slowness. I trust honesty. I trust that what is real unfolds at its own pace.
Why This Work Matters
In a world that often treats speed as virtue and certainty as safety, I am interested in something quieter and more enduring: coherence.
When we learn to recognize patterns instead of forcing outcomes, when we allow both intellect and intuition to inform us, when we honor expression alongside structure, we begin to live in right relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the world.
That is the heart of this work.
That is the hearth I tend here.
You are welcome to enter gently.
