Spiral Way Hearth

A place for those navigating meaningful change.

Sometimes something in life begins to shift.

Not dramatically.
Not urgently.

But persistently.

You may sense that the life you have built no longer fully fits who you are becoming.
You may feel less motivated by what once drove you.
You may feel drawn toward something you cannot yet fully name.

Spiral Way Hearth is a space for understanding these moments of transition with greater clarity, steadiness, and presence.

Through reflective conversation, somatic awareness, and thoughtful inquiry, this work supports people in reconnecting with what feels true and moving forward with greater alignment.

The Invitation.

You may have arrived here because something in your life is changing.

Perhaps something is ending.

Perhaps something new is beginning.

Perhaps a deeper truth is asking to be lived.

These experiences are not problems to fix.

They are often invitations to listen more closely to the life unfolding within you.

Spiral Way Hearth exists to support that listening.

A sunlit forest trail surrounded by tall trees with green and brown foliage.

The Spiral Way

One of the central philosophies explored here is the Spiral Way.

The Spiral Way recognizes that while life moves forward through time, transformation unfolds in spirals.

We move through periods of letting go, reflection, emergence, and integration many times across a lifetime.

The Spiral Way offers language and practices for recognizing these cycles and participating in them more consciously.

Understanding where you are in a cycle of change can reduce unnecessary pressure and support more thoughtful decisions.

About Eileen

Hi, I’m Eileen.

I’m a somatic practitioner, facilitator, and the founder of Spiral Way Hearth.

My work grew out of my own experience navigating life’s challenges, moments when the life I had built no longer reflected who I truly was.

Through study, lived experience, and years working with individuals and organizations navigating change, I began to notice a consistent pattern:

meaningful transformation rarely follows a straight path.

Again and again, I observed that change tends to unfold in cycles of letting go, remembering, emerging, and integrating.

Today I guide others who are navigating similar moments of change, supporting them in reconnecting with their own clarity, creativity, and direction.

Ways to Engage

Spiral Way Hearth is not a single program or method.

It is a place where people can explore different ways of reconnecting with themselves and navigating life’s transformations.

  • A deeper exploration of the Spiral Way philosophy and the phases of transformation through a yearlong guided experience.

  • One-on-one guidance for individuals navigating life transitions, creative awakenings, or periods of deep reflection.

Some offerings are rooted directly in the Spiral Way philosophy, while others focus on somatic practice, reflection, and embodied presence.

  • Classes and gatherings designed to reconnect people with their bodies through movement, presence, and expression.

  • A self-guided exploration of mortality, meaning, and the creative responsibility of being alive.

Spiral Way Hearth is not about optimizing yourself or becoming someone new.

It is not about forcing life into a linear path of growth or achievement.

Instead, this work invites a different relationship with change.

One that allows for reflection.

One that honors uncertainty.

One that recognizes that clarity often unfolds gradually.

When we understand the patterns of change, we can move through transition with greater steadiness and trust.

Final Invitation

Your life is a finite arc from birth to death.

Within that arc you will move through many seasons of becoming.

Spiral Way Hearth is a place to explore those spirals consciously, honoring what is ending, remembering what is true, and creating what is next.
