Private Guidance

Support for seasons when something in your life is asking to change

Sometimes life doesn’t fall apart.

It simply begins to feel different.

The work you’ve built.

The relationships you’ve cultivated.

The identify you’ve carried for years.

From the outside, everything may appear stable.

Inside, you know something has shifted.

You may not know exactly what comes next.

Only that continuing in the same way no longer feels true.

Private Guidance offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, self-trust, and intention.

Who This Work Supports

I work with thoughtful people navigating meaningful transitions in life, work, relationships, creativity, or identity.

Often, my clients are:

  • deeply responsible

  • highly capable

  • reflective and self-aware

  • accustomed to supporting everyone else

  • sensing that something within them has changed

  • searching for clarity that thinking alone can't provide

Their lives often look functional from the outside, yet internally something is reorganizing.

They’re not looking for someone to tell them what to do.
They’re looking for a space where they can hear themselves clearly.

What This Work Is

Private Guidance isn't about fixing you.

It isn't about optimizing your productivity or becoming someone new.

It's about creating the conditions where meaningful change can unfold naturally.

Together, we explore:

  • what feels like it is shifting

  • what no longer fits

  • what your body already knows

  • recurring patterns that are asking for attention

  • what feels true beneath expectations and uncertainty

  • how to move forward with greater clarity and self-trust

Our conversations are supported by embodied practices, thoughtful inquiry, reflection, and compassionate witnessing.

There is no formula to follow.

No pressure to have the answers.

Clarity develops through the process of listening.

How We Work Together

Private Guidance is designed for people who value depth, relationship, and thoughtful pacing.

A standard partnership includes:

  • Two 75–90-minute sessions per month (Virtual or Live in Spokane, WA)

  • Private voice-note/text support between sessions when life unfolds in real time

  • Personalized reflections and embodied practices to deepen integration

  • A collaborative space grounded in presence, curiosity, and compassionate witnessing

We move at the pace of sustainable change, not urgency.

Is This For You?

This work may be a fit if:

  • You're navigating a significant life or career transition.

  • Something you've built no longer reflects who you're becoming.

  • You want greater alignment between your inner life and outward choices.

  • You're making an important decision and want to hear your own wisdom more clearly.

  • You're noticing recurring patterns and want to understand them differently.

  • You're longing for a place where you don't have to perform, explain, or have everything figured out.

This Work Is Not

  • High-pressure accountability coaching

  • A quick-fix transformation program

  • Performance optimization

  • Advice-giving or prescriptive life direction

  • Therapy or clinical mental health treatment

It often complements therapy, coaching, or other professional support by offering space for deeper reflection, embodiment, and integration.

Investment

Private Advisory begins at $888 per month

This includes:

  • Two private sessions each month

  • Between-session voice-note and text support

  • Personalized practices and reflections

Some clients choose to deepen the work with additional sessions as new seasons of life unfold.
